What to Expect During Your Somatic Breathwork Session

Whether In-Person or Virtually, the setting of your breathwork session will take place in a calm, grounding environment. Feel free to lie comfortably on a yoga mat. For In-Person Sessions, yoga mats will be provided. Pillows and blankets will be nearby for added support, ensuring you feel safe and nurtured throughout your journey.
At the start, your Somatic Breathwork Practitioner will walk you through what to expect and will be present to gently guide you throughout the entire experience. While guidance is provided, you remain in full control of your journey at all times.

To prepare:
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
-
Ensure you are well-hydrated before arriving.
-
Try to eliminate distractions — this is time just for you.
-
The space will be dimly lit or completely dark to support an inward, focused experience.
This session may feel intense and deeply transformative, as you will engage in continuous breathing for most of the time. It’s normal to experience a range of physical sensations or emotions — this is all part of the healing process. You are safe, supported, and free to surrender to what your body needs.
